I’m always on the hunt for creating new storage solutions in my home. I have a hard time buying brand new item of furniture out of cheapness, so I’m constantly trolling the streets and junk shops for good bones. Watching my mother completely transform Salvation Army gems over the years, I received a good education in the refinishing and renovation.
This relatively unfinished piece came with slatted doors and no love. I gave it a little bit of a Asian look with glossy red paint, new knobs, hinges and geometric grates to allow the electronics housed in behind the doors a little breathing room.
